ehealth-care foundation, a Delhi-based NGO has been conferred the National Award for Year 2004 for Exemplary Implementation for eGovernance Initiatives under the 'Innovative Operations and Best Practices' professional category by the Government of India. The award was presented by the Union Minister for Information Technology, Dayanidhi Maran at the Eighth National Conference on eGovernance held in February 2005 at Bhubaneshwar, Orissa.
