Changemakers.net, an initiative of the Ashoka Foundation recently announced a competition to discover the most effective and innovative strategy to end human trafficking. The three winners, who would be selected through online voting on changemakers.net, would be awarded cash prizes worth $5,000 each. Background articles, contest rules, judging criteria, contest entry forms and supporting materials are available online at http://www. changemakers.net. The last date for contest entries is May 22, 2005. Voting for the contest begins from June 1. The winners would be announced on June 15, 2005.
