Venue – The Ashok Hotel, New Delhi Theme: "Indian Pulses Industry – key issues and future Challenges"
The event last year India is the largest producer and consumer of pulses in the world. But, ironically this sector is still largely unorganized. There are very few platforms for the industry to network, learn and trade with each other. In order to address the above issues, we successfully conducted the "1st National Conference on Pulses and Related Industries" on July 18, 2004.
The Conference was the first of its kind in India and provided the single largest platform to bring together participants from the pulses industry. The Conference was also the start of a trend-setting yearly routine, with considerable contribution towards industrial interactions.
It witnessed enormous discussion on a wide spectrum of areas like export-import, production, policies, processing industries, role of futures exchanges etc. and more importantly addressed the upcoming challenges to processors, millers, exporters, importers, traders, brokers, machinery manufacturers etc. In addition to being a successful networking platform, it also led to closing of several business deals during the event. Around 800 delegates from India and 50 international delegates participated in the conference.
Looking Forward to the Event this Year… We are pleased to announce the ‘2nd National Conference on Pulses and Related Industries’ on August 21, 2005.
We invite you to join this yearly conclave in Delhi featuring processors, millers, exporters, importers, top buyers, traders, brokers, and machinery manufacturers from all over the world. It will provide a unique marketing opportunity to network, make strategic alliances, transfer of technology, joint ventures etc. This Conference is the most exclusive opportunity to meet potential clients from around the World.
