Report captures the proceedings and recommendations of the National Participatory Appraisal of the NVA Fellows organised on July10-12, 2005 at New Delhi. The report reflects grassroots recommendations on establishing and managing knowledge centres in Indian villages. This is also useful documentation of applying PRA techniques to a group comprising people from diverse cultural and language backgrounds.
