How to design development projects
|
“Say what you do and do what you say”. This is the underlying philosophy behind a result-oriented and accountable action. In order to achieve desired outcomes from a project, it requires a result-based management.
Logic Framework Analysis (LFA) serves as an effective tool for designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development projects. It helps decision-makers in identifying all relevant factors necessary in planning a successful project. To gain this understanding about LFA, Sambodhi, a leading development research, training and consultancy organisation in India, is organising the International Training Programme on Logical Framework Analysis for Designing Development Projects from February 18-23, 2008 at New Delhi.
