International green film festival
CMS VATAVARAN is organising the 5th film festival on environment and wildlife. Sustainable technologies is the theme chosen for this year. Deadline for sending early entries is August 30, 2009.

CMS VATAVARAN is a visionary initiative of CMS, a Delhi-based, nationally-functioning independent multidisciplinary organisation, engaged in research, policy advocacy, advisory services and programme evaluation in the domain of environment, social issues, public health, governance, development communications and transparency.
The medium of film is understood to have unequivocal edge over other mass media and hence it helps to spread the message of a sustainable lifestyle across regions.

Basic Guidelines:
- Films must have been completed on or after January 1, 2007 and must carry a release date or copyright date or airdate during the calendar year 2007, 2008 or 2009.
- Entries are invited in all languages. Non-English and Non-Hindi language productions must include an English voiceover or English subtitles.
- Submit two (2) Judging (preview) copies in PAL DVD (region-free) format ONLY.
- One film can be submitted for one category only.
- Films may be of genre – documentary, fiction or non-fiction.
- Entrant may submit more than one film in any category. Each film must be accompanied by a separate ENTRY FEE and ENTRY FORM.

- Fill in the printed Entry Form and send it to us with enclosures and fees.
Fee
For the Indian category: INR 500 for early entries
For international category: US$ 20 for early entries

For early entries: August 30, 2009.
