Course on forced migration (Kolkata, India, from 01 December 2009 to 15 December 2009)
Panos South Asia in association with Calcutta Research Group invites applications for the latter’s annual winter course on forced migration in December this year. Discussing various issues related to displacement, it will critically analyse the legal and policy framework. The deadline for sending applications is May 31, 2009.
AgriTech India 2009 (Bangalore, India, from 05 December 2009 to 07 December 2009)
Media Today Group is organising AgriTech, an international exhibition from December 5-7, 2009 in Bangalore. The event will showcase best agricultural practices and improved technologies.
Conference on carbon trade (New Delhi, India, from 11 December 2009 to 12 December 2009)

Conference on biofuels (New Delhi, India, from 18 January 2010 to 19 January 2010)
Delhi Technological University will host the first international conference on biofuels from January 18-19, 2010 in New Delhi, India. It will bring key stakeholders on a common platform to discuss the challenges and opportunities for biofuels in global energy and climate change strategy.
Conference on microfinance (Puducherry, India, from 22 January 2010 to 22 January 2010)
Pondicherry University invites research papers for its third International Conference on Micro Finance to be held from January 22 – 24, 2010 at the University campus. The event will provide a forum to administrators and NGOs to discuss sound economic policies. Last date for submission is December 14, 2009.
