Bringing change through community radio (Argentina, from 08 November 2010 to 13 November 2010)
AMARC announces the tenth World Assembly of Community Radio Broadcasters which will be held from November 8-13, 2010 in Argentina. More than 400 community broadcasters from 110 countries will gather to improve good practice in community media among other issues.
Conference on climate change (Online, from 01 November 2010 to 07 November 2010)
The worldwide scientific online climate conference Climate 2010 takes place for the third time, focusing on Climate Change and the Sustainable Management of Water Resources from November 1-7, 2010. Deadline for submitting abstracts is March 31, 2010.
Understanding the radioactive hazards (Conference Room I, India International Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, India, from 25 June 2010 to 25 June 2010)
Toxics Link in collaboration with India International Centre is organising a public lecture series on environment and health with focus on radioactive hazards. The aim of the series is to bring out the information related to radiation hazards into public domain. Date of event: June 25th, 2010.

The Government of Gujarat in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organising "Gujarat Water Summit 2010" on the theme of “Water Sector in Gujarat – Challenges and opportunities”. This year’s summit aims to focus on underlying issues in water sector and suggest effective solution / technologies for water management.

The annual flagship event of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) will focus on the overarching theme Beyond Copenhagen: new pathways to sustainable development. To be held from February 5-7, 2010 in New Delhi, India, it offers a global platform to debate on environmental and climate change challenges facing humanity.
Conference on microfinance (Puducherry, India, from 22 January 2010 to 22 January 2010)
Pondicherry University invites research papers for its third International Conference on Micro Finance to be held from January 22 – 24, 2010 at the University campus. The event will provide a forum to administrators and NGOs to discuss sound economic policies. Last date for submission is December 14, 2009.
Conference on biofuels (New Delhi, India, from 18 January 2010 to 19 January 2010)
Delhi Technological University will host the first international conference on biofuels from January 18-19, 2010 in New Delhi, India. It will bring key stakeholders on a common platform to discuss the challenges and opportunities for biofuels in global energy and climate change strategy.

Institute for Studies in Vedic Sciences will host Vishwa 2009, an international exhibition-cum-conference to promote green business solutions from December 18-20, 2009 in Mumbai, India. The event will provide platform to explore opportunities in the area of sustainable eco-practices.

International Carbon Credit Conference 2009 will provide an excellent forum for key stakeholders to discuss carbon mitigation and carbon neutrality. CMS VATAVARAN is organising the 5th film festival on environment and wildlife. Sustainable technologies is the theme chosen for this year. Deadline for sending early entries is August 30, 2009.

For fourth year in a row, the UN Millennium Campaign is organising the global Stand Up Take Action event from October 16-18, 2009. The movement mobilised 116 million people last year in support of the MDGs.
