Interns
Abhimanyu Bana
Tech Team
(Jun 2012 - Jul 2012)
I am currently pursuing my Bachelors in Digital Media at Dublin City University (http://www.dcu.ie/) and will graduate by September 15, 2012.
The internship at One World South Asia is a truly wonderful learning experience. The one thing that I really liked about this organisation is the flexibility regarding working hours and the friendly people in the technical team who are always ready to help. As a matter of fact, even people under whom I did not work are also ready to help. This is truly one the best learning experiences I have had in my life. In future if given the opportunity I would love to come back to One World South Asia and work for them.

I completed my graduation from the Hindu College, Delhi University, in Sociology (Hons). Currently I am pursuing my Masters in International Affairs (Diplomacy, Law and Business) from the O.P Jindal University (http://www.jgu.edu.in/).
I am also a percussionist in a Folk fusion and alternative band called The Bamboo Groove. Previously I have worked with numerous organisations like SOLACE, an NGO based in Assam, where I worked on women empowerment and sustainable development. Working at OneWorld South Asia has really broadened my understanding and the experience I got from the media team will definitely help me in my future prospects.
