INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNERS

VIDYATECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

 

We are looking for Instructional Designers with varying levels of experience to join our team and design and develop learning content. Profiles of suitable candidates are given below.

Position:

Instructional Designers

Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject, preferably in English, Journalism or Mass Communication

Location:

Sector 58, Noida

 

Job description:

 

•    Interact with clients and analyze training requirements

•    Analyze target audience profiles

•    Define learning objectives for courses

•    Analyze content and identify content gaps

•    Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content

•    Create course outlines

•    Develop instructional strategies for courses

•    Provide inputs to the Graphics team and programming team

•    Project management and Team management

•    Review content to ensure quality of the final output

•    Provide training for junior members of the team

 

Profile of the candidate (essential):

 

•    1-4 years of experience working as an Instructional Designer or Content Developer

•    Working knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and theories

•    Experience with storyboarding for course development

•    Excellent command of written English

•    The ability to work independently as well as work in teams

•    The ability to plan work and adhere to schedules

•    Working knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

Desirable:

 

•    Experience connected with development and/or delivery of training in English skills, soft skills, and other relevant areas for enhancing employability/career growth.

•    Certification in Instructional Design
