Junior International Trade/Public administration Expert in Bangladesh

Objective:
The main objective is to: conduct a Mid-Term Evaluation of the BEST Programme to review project progress, check results against targets, provide a clear and concise opinion as to how the project has arrived at its current position and make recommendations regarding the course of actions to be taken until the end of implementation as well as identify future areas of intervention for the EU Delegation based on the lessons learnt under BEST programme
Qualifications required:
Hold a university degree in international trade or public administration or a related area.
Have a minimum of 5 years professional experience within trade related administration
Extensive knowledge of trade related regulatory issues in Bangladesh
Extensive knowledge of Bangladeshi central government structures and other public trade institutions, universities and research bodies
Have experience within one or more of the following areas: institutional aspects in relation to quality and standards, SPS related issues, Trade infrastructure, Decent Work Agenda or Environmental standards
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
